Just a small intro
What is Elithair?
It is the biggest hair transplant company in the world. They operate in Germany, however, the medical procedures are done in Instanbul, Turkey.
What was my goal with them?
Creating a remarkable brand legacy so that people would identify it as a symbol of quality and trustability, by highlighting the values and corporate goals of the company.

Logo's Transition
Besides the simplification of the logo,
I decided to introduce new colours that reflect what the company stands for.
The main colours should represent trustworthiness, serenity, and confidence.
Blue was my first choice because it establishes a unique strong tone and gives enough freedom of playing around with it.

Defining Elithair's Values
Agreeing with all leaders to reach a common ground was part of the process to establish the main corporate traits and values. It was fundamental to understand what should I reflect in terms of visual style and communication, together with a strong understanding on what the company stands for. Thus the final users can intuitively grasp it in a first glance.

What did I achieve with the redesign?
+15% of traffic on the organic website during the first months
Increasing the Positive ratio of patients thanks to printed material
Standardizing the use of Elithair's Image (inside & outside the team)
Enhancing product's quality and appearance, plus the endorsement of old customers
Extras
I supported the creation of the sub-brand Dr.Pigment, which specialises in hair pigmentation and other cosmetic services.
Furthermore, I created numerous creatives for marketing purposes, which obtained positive results in the attraction and retention of users.

Diversifying the company's portfolio by creating new children brands
Increasing their conversion rate on landing and organic pages
Incorporating its NEO FUE brand's aesthetics to the current product line
